ANybody know how to unlock weapons in single player?

i already got the way toget 64 bots on a 16 map and it works fine and everything now i just need the way to unlock all the guns so i can test them out for my 4th becuase the 3 guns i unlocked are ok......but i wana test them all out

I'd be intrested in knowing if this is possible too, there was a way to unlock all weapons on single player but they fixed it with the shambles that was 1.01

Seems stupid you cant even play with your Online Multiplayer unlocked choices in single player and of course I too would like to test out the other weapons to see which one I prefer as my next online unlock.

To be honest though Im thinking the answer is "money" EA won't let you play even on your own with the unlocked weapons despite having paid for the game they want you to pay more money over the phone to buy a "cheat" that unlocks them for you.

are you serious about a cheat you have to buy over the phone? please tell me thats not true, lol. if it is, thats just low.

Nope Im serious, in my copy of BF2 at back of the manual there is a phone number you can ring to get cheat codes for EA games, they charge you 75pence or 95cents per minute call.

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file and only works in v1.0.0 of the game; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "unlocks.py" file in the "\ea games\battlefield 2\python\bf2\stats" folder. Change line 44 from "defaultUnlocks = [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]" to "defaultUnlocks = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1]". Note: Do not attempt this in multi-player mode at the risk of your account getting banned.

I did it on multplayer but it only said "This server allows players with unmodified content....."

oh, there's no unlock code. you know someone would pay it and then leak it out to everyone.

I took the safe option and edited the file on BF2 demo only just to try the weapons in single player ... was too scared to alter my retail BF2

Everygame that you buy will have something in the manual that says Call So and So for Tips and Tricks. its basically a rip off because you can get stuff from the net for free
