Where's my 3D map?

Ok, I've noticed in my control list that "left alt" toggles my 3D map. When i try this, however, nothing happens. Does this feature work for you? What does it look like? Is it worth worrying about? Could someone take a screen shot so i could see?

the 3-d map is always one that why you see flags and so one. Its not like the bfv were you see every player name bt its like it
