i have hered that the minimum time 4 it is 24 hours and i have it.
some1 says that its something about w/l ration and i have 51/31

but i havent got it yet what do i need to get it?

I think i read somewhere that you need 24 hours with MEC or CHina, but also need over 200 global hours of playing!

actually, you need 250 global hours, not 200
