I'm just looking for some quick tips on how to snipe better. Like I know if you hold down the left mouse button after you make a shot with a bolt-action rifle you can see your shot through. Also, would the unlocked sniper rifle be worth it?
Sniping Tips?

Yeah, Stay prone and keep the sight on the head for atleast 0.5 - 1 seconds before shooting.
Also try to track his head movement if you can because some players look around alot and once he stops moving you take the shot.
When shooting far with any rifle dont aim too high, aim at the topmost pixel of his head. That way you will mostly get a successful hit.
If you stand up and snipe, shoot once to the chest and start strafing once you reaload... If you are really close take one chest shot and switch to pistol in a hurry and finish the rest.
Keep in mind that when you snipe other snipers you should never become a stationary target if you miss the first shot... Always move from side to side and at diffrent speeds, stop and take a shot when he least expect it.
In other words. Dont be an easy kill once you are spotted and take your time when you are hidden.
Aim for the head on stationary targets and go center mass on other's, finish with pistol on ranges up to 30 meters.

Practice single player to get used to the guns.
I unlocked the M95 so I use it on all three sides.
Yeah, I wait that 1-2 seconds before shooting. (Just like in the old BF1942 game)
Always try for the headshot.
Don't shoot at everyone, try to wait for a stationary target.
Don't bother with trying to do long range stuff.
I don't bother shooting over 175 Meters?Comment

This comming from a support guy.. "prone, spray, prone, spray, need ammo? need ammo?" Just leave troll.Originally posted by =HzC=Heinzsounds like a real challenge.
I'll ditto what most others have said here, only shoot at stationary targets. If you can, try to have a clear shot at an enemy stinger site, people always go in them and when they do its an easy headshot.Comment

I have the m95, however I always pick the m24 over it when I have a chance. Damage doesnt mean jack if you cant hit your target. As for tips, well, I find at medium and close ranges where it matters, aim for the face. The helmet sometimes saves them for 1 hit kills. The face is always a 1 hit kill at medium and close ranges. Although I'm not as sure of them, shoulders, necks, and lower back areas also seem to be weak.Comment

NEGATORY! I never leave claymores anymore unless I know there will be an enemy rounding the corner any second. I just want to scream when one of my noob teammates runs over my claymores and punishes!Originally posted by j4k3give it at least a second to "settle" before firing. also if you're on a roof, leave a claymore near the ladder to cover your back.
