Anyone running this game on XP 64? I am having issues with my system and thought about upgrading to XP 64. I see that the drivers are out there now for my system on the 64 bit OS. I know it wouldn't help with speed in game but I am looking for anything that might let me actually play this game without it locking my system every 30 minutes......

From what I have read, and another person posted, WinXP64 (although its not a true 64bit OS) does run this game flawlessly. Let me see if I can find the post...

A lot of people have reported troubles on the 64-bit systems. Why it happens I'm not sure. As even BF1942 ran on 64bit system without any trouble. Hopefully the v1.03 patch will fix these issues. Right now I could care less about game balancing issues, so long as the other issues get fixed.Comment

Its more drivers that causes CTD, BSOD's as people never properly uninstall them install them or never update them.
I have 64bit windows running on my famillies sytem and i found drivers are kstly to blame, so upgraded or reinstalled the ALL. And it now runs flawlessly.Comment
