BFHQ shows NOTHING

I am new to this forum, and this is my first thread here :)

Before paching to 1.02 I could see my stats inside BFHQ, but now It shows just zeros for all integers. I never checked to see if BFHQ "works" since the 1.02 patch, until today... so I cannot say the patch caused any of this.

I have 2 online accounts (me & my bro.) and we both cant see any stats whatsoever. Im not talking about "stats not updating", im talking about NO STATS AT ALL. can't even see the Leaderboards. Just bounch of "0" !

* When looking at the BF2 stats server ---> bf2s.com/player/<my player>/
I see it all, and stats are also updating.

so I guess I have a personal problem here with the game.

btw, I have changed my cdkey before I noticed my bfhq stats problem.
(the cdkey is retail and legal. the reason for changing is not important)

I don't think the CD-Key would do it, as the stats are remotely stored on EA's servers.

How long does it take to load BFHQ? If its a longer time, then the server just timed out and the game got sick of waiting. Double check your router and firewall settings, also double check that Windows Firewall is off, as it has a tendency to turn itself on when you mess with network configurations.

Contact EA about the issue, they maybe able to track down what is happening.

Do u have a heavy-duty firewall running?

I happened to install ZoneAlarm suite a few days ago, but uninstalled it at the same day. (I doubt it has anything to do with it)

Im currently running the windows SP2 firewall.
I have tried disabling it but still the problem exists.
When I enter the BFHQ it says "loading player stats" and holds for about 2-3 seconds, then I get nothing - every single stat is zero, as I mentioned before.

I am using a "Network Everywhere" router and forwarding some bf2 ports by port triggering, though it is not needed as far as I know.

It is just frustrating, coz I can play on every ranked server, and can also see my stats are updating on the BF2 stats server...

Do you think a fresh installation of the game could fix my prob.?

umm this topic has been covered many times before. EA is doing something with the stats servers so they are down. i have the same problem as you, its been like that with 000 2 weeks now. im guessing itl work soon. but dont worry all ur stats are being recorded. so keep playing

as i said -> reinstalling the game solved my problem... now I can see stats, I couln't see ANY stat before ;]

I've got random integers in BFHQ, like somebody forgot to initialize the variables. some are zero, but most are 85476478328329130 or something
