How does the stats update system work?

I would like to know how the updating of stats work? Is it at specific times? Directly after you leave? When you log out and back in????

I have advanced to Lance Corporal 4 times now and when I leave the game, re-login, I'm back to private first class... It has been doing this for some time now and I am becoming very agitated!!!

Takes a couple of months for me. My first stats i got a month ago hasn't showed up.

It only shows up on tracking sites.

Got this is such balls... it seems to never record my best games and always records the games I get owned in. Really getting on my nerves now

They will show up eventually, however if eventually is while you still care to play BF2, I do not know =|

Same here, luckily, I only had to do it 3 times. Same thing for some badges. I have been told that sometimes, ranked servers run un-ranked games, so what you earn there won't count. I don't know if there is any truth to this, but I have earned badges, wait 12 hours, doesn't show up. I go into a map and try for it again, bang...I get it. When the stats update and it shows up, it never shows the "first" time I got it.

Very frustrating indeed.

I hope to bloody god that the new patch solves it, at the moment with all the things that need fixing/tweaking, 1.3 looks like it should be a new game completely...

It's thats true steel, then how will anyone really knowif they are going into a "real" ranked server? I mean I normally play in EA europe official servers and you would presume that they would be real ranked servers but my stats never go up... I have some 400 kills or so missing from my stats. One of my games I went 42-1 (commander obviously) and I will be so pissed if it doesnt count that game and instead counts some games where I get negative scores... grrrr

Has EA mentioned anything about the stats system and its faults?

The patch is 1.03, not 1.3, theres a whole lot of difference.

Mine update occasionally like each day I think...But take Notice that BF2S.com no longer has the ability to check status as its been blocked by ea...But ya the stats servers are under a lot of load as well...
