how do i get The Armored Service Ribbon??
I drive a tank all the time half my kill i made in a tank, but i didnt get The Armored Service Ribbon and i have bin driven more than 20 min in a tank and 4 times more than kills than what needed

What did i do wrong ??


· 20 Minutes in an Armor Class Vehicle
· 14 Kills in a Tank/APC vehicle

20 minutes is longer than you think.. you also need your kills to be in this format.. "You[T90]Victim" and not "You[Vodnik]Victim".. when your shell hits a car and the explosion of the car registers as the kill..

Is it required that while in a tank, all kills must be against other armor/vehicles? Or can you kill infantry while in the tank and it count towards the ribbon?

infantry killing is fine.

Kill anything in a tank or apc. 20 minutes is a long wait, I suggest a less than 64 man server.

i did in the Sharqi map, i was in the tank for almsot the whole round, against enemy tanks, and helis had more infantry kills the most, you can say i was support ;D

I got mine on Strike at Karkand. Just get in the tank in the beginning of the map, and play it slow & methodical.

and the hole time i had a teamate in my tank, who didnt die either, and gave a meritorious unit ribbon, i think its when i would go get repairs with the creates

Funny, I have used a tank a lot and killed lots of armor in maps, but still haven't gotten that ribbon either. Puzzles me.

I found Kubra Dam to be the easiest to get this ribbon. There are an ample amount of tanks to get in and the map usually lasts a long time before someone wins.

The trouble with Karkand or Sharqi is that the map can end before 20 minutes, and with only 1 or 2 tanks that are accessable, it is hard to get a tank all the time. Not to mention that in tight quarters it is easier to get C4'd.

IIRC, I recieved it while playing on FuShe Valley. I think I was in an APC. It also helps to be on a server with fewer people, like a 32 person map.

infantry killing is fine.

yeah works best that way try it in a 16 player server
