Other: I would set it to where you will get kicked if you dont join a squad within 5 minutes so everyone is teamworking. I would have voting near the end of the map to weither or not the players want small, medium or large map but I would keep a regular map rotation (citymaps) then you dont have noobs constantly wanting to play Strike at Karkand. I will have punishing off also if they let you do that.
