BushViper is the best support player I've ever faced.

you can say that again. he's my worst enemy. killed me (or should i say PWNED me) ***SEVEN*** times in one round!

i suggest everyone to at least play a few rounds with the top guys. either you'll be amazed by their skills or you'll learn tricks to get you a hell of a lot more points!

just make sure you're on the same side as them!

eXp.EleKtriC gets a ton of tk's because in karkand, he shoots at everything that moves while inside a tank and if he's not in a tank in karkand, he throws c4's like they're ammo bags/medi packs!

one time, he had like 40something points while ***-20*** on the other score icon point (teamplay?)!

The day I see a player use their gun properly against me, by truely strafing against my shots and I get owned is the day I will look at that player and go damn! That day has not happened yet.
Unless you come across a guy with a shotgun that day is never going to come, 'strafing' just doesn't work too well in this game unless you're doing the bunny-hop (meaning your opponent has a harder time hitting you than you incur in hitting him because of the way jumping works) or using a gun that already doesn't really care about 'accuracy.'

Although, if you have a shotgun and they have something else, if they let you get close enough to try to start a circle-strafe they already haven't used their gun properly, because they should have killed you well before you got close enough to hurt 'em.

I've been up against a couple of *really* good pilots (meaning, they're genuinely good at flying not just at spamming bombs all game long), folks who really understand how to get the most out of their planes (so, f/b pilots who not only can push the 'bomb drop' button but who can also evade and hunt down fighters who are after them, all while giving their copilot some good shots on enemy vehicles, and fighter pilots who very quickly discourage any run of the mill plane whores out of the sky), which is nice because sticking it out against the guy on the other team and watching the guy on my team probably doubled what I knew about using the jets in this game in one evening (though I make no claims to be better than adaquate).

I haven't really seen anything similar on the ground, I know a couple folks who are good in tanks but a lot of it is because they are *smart* in tanks (in a heads-up shooting match most of the group I play with has about an even chance of knocking the other guy out first, but a couple folks are really great at making sure they're at the right place at the right time), but in an infantry fight I haven't really seen that the great players have too many chances to shine. There are times when you just fall over without warning and then fear going anywhere near where you died, but usually infantry combat has so many folks involved that even a really good player won't stand out as much because lots of other things are shooting at you and your team and even the best player dies when someone plunks an M203 or GP-30 at their feet or runs them over when they're busy shooting at you.

This guy ( Lee_Harvey) plays on our server quite often. He basically gets 100+ points on every round......don't know how he does it? I follow him some and he doesn't do anything unusual that I can tell....he's just really good.

I played a round of Karkand with a bunch of high up there guys..........they were a bunch of pricks and not very good. Just alot of base raping and talkin **** until my team and I went into bastard mode. I killed them so many times with the nade launcher I was just laughing ma a** off. They were working in squads obviously so that made it alot easier to take 3 or 4 of them out with one nade.

Good times. I have played with some guys that were very good and played the game fairly and how it was meant to be played.

I was playing with some guys from myORC, they has two sergeants and I think the rest were corporal, they really sucked. None of them got in the top three out of the five games I played with them.

You do know that the DAO-12 is one of the strongest weapons up close, right? I bet you don't even know all damage spots for all the armor :P

I have never seen a bunny hopper or noob tuber get alot of points, mostly because they kill themselves and you will almost see a horrible team score. The exception is when all they do is play on karkand and in the 32 versions which have alot of noobs in them. Trust me, bunny hopping and all that other bs does not help you kill. You can kill fine by just walking around if you know how.
