There are alot of ways. Overall time played while taking into account the k:d ratio and accuracy and wins on maps. So right now, i believe dizoi would be gettting those medals.

And believe me EA has the resources to do it. Dont get cheap EA, make sure you make them out of real medal!

People run around with a bunch of medals and ribbons covering their chest? No. Yeah, this game isn't realistic but you need to keep a sense of realism. Besides like the other person said it just ruins the feel of the game.

Full dress uniform would be fine, thx glasseye. Some maps the camo is similar enough that I hold off just a tad too long to avoid a TK, then get pwned.

the problem is that there isnt one statistic that determines how well u play. if u look at scores, the person could be stat-whoring or score-padding. if u look at time played, a person could be playing 24/7. and K/D ratio? a person could just be damn good at killing ppl, but not all too great at helping out the team. i suppose they could really take a good hard look at ALL the stats and figure something out, but somehow i doubt the folks at EA would spend their precious time sifting through hundreds of thousands of accounts just to send somebody a little piece of metal (or most likely, plastic).

and yes, glasseye, those ropes ARE stylish indeed :p

What's the point? I certainely don't pay any attention to skin or model detail, I just blast away. Besides it doesn't make any sense, if you really want something to show off, rank insignias on shoulders should be "do-able".

I mean you may be right, but still, i dont think there is one only one person who made the game, they still can figure it out, i mean they have comp, thats whats usualy most people do, i mean they should have one comp with all our acounts, and the comp will cuclculate who's a good player

lol, good idea but not once you start getting mass amounts of them as the game progresses, *visualises a sniper perfectly hidden untill a lovely bright white 'Infantry Officer Ribbon' gives him away :P*

Nope i dont want that. It wont look good and wont be real.

But i would like my name on my chest and my rank on my shoulder.

I think tanks should have names on them as well when you are the driver.

But don't too mutch weight in this EA. This is only eye candy and i think a BF2 mod could do better with this and the engine is what really need improvements.
Models are fine the way they are!

yes, now THAT is a viable option. like maybe add another tab to the BFHQ menu that displays your dress uniform :) i've always wondered how they would put/arrange the badges on one, anyways, since the US military doesnt have nearly the number of badges we have in the game (at least, i dont think so)

You don't put awards on your combat uniform. It would be cool to see stats of others in BFHQ like someone suggested.
