How do i get the Purple Heart?

I believe you need 1:4 Kills:deaths for a round. A Purple Heart is a medal I hoe to NEVER get!

Just kill 5 people then get killed 20 times. Right after you get that you'll get the medal. Then work your ass off so you end up with a half decent score.

Well, actually you have to die a lot to get the medal ... in real life the medal is awarded to those who have been injured in battle ...

I got it when I had a really crap day when I kept being a suicide bomber and just loading c4 and claymores everywhere :)

dam i got one just because i was out eating lunch. i left at the middle of the game and a guy kept comin where i spawned and killed me 23 times. sob. well i did it to some1 so it was all good! he got killed 36 times and nvr got a kill. i killed him 29 times. some guys followed me and spoiled the fun. a guy who spawned there found out and did a vote kick on me. it aint my fault, it was his fault for not leaving. i learned a vaulable lesson lol.

Oh and a good time saver is suicide. On my first account I let people kill me and that took forever (man there are alot of crappy players). On the new account I use now I just jumped off a building repeatedly. This got me my deaths much quicker and I ended up with enough time to get alot of kills.

Getting a purple heart is easy to get, and it doesn't necessarily mean you suck either. Playing a medic, for instance, yields to an easy purple heart scenario. Throw one grenade at a defended base, bam, you get your five kills. The rest of the round you just go around healing your team (gosh, what a concept: team work! wow), and what do you know? You easily get 20 deaths before the end of the round.
