Can't Read The Text In Console

Hello everyone,

I'm a first time user here and want to say Hi first of all.

I am wondering if anyone has seen or knows how to fix my problem I'm having. I remember going into the console ("~" key) before and being able to read everything in there. At some unknown point, I have absolutely no idea when it started doing this, I do know it was like this before patch v1.02 though, but I can't read the stuff in console anymore. The fon't got changed on me somehow. Best I can explane is it looks sothing like this:

I need to try and fix this so I can go in and read any messages I missed because I was in the game blowing all you guys up! =)

Any ideas on this?

Turn off nvidia's Anti Aliasing.

its a resolution conflict. try changing your resolution ingame. (or was it hertz)

or yeah it could be that. I had the same problem with the demo but i forgot which was the problem.

Thanks for the suggestions I will try it all out. Thing is I already have Anti Aliasing off. I never use that. I did some testing after posting my first one trying to trouble shoot this. Here's what I found.

I started a single player game...checked console...it was whacked still. So I closed it and returned to Multiplayer. As soon as the game I joined spawned me I noticed some text the game generated saying something about "chat_text". It said more than that, just don't remember. anyway, I checked console and I could read it again! It was normal again! I didn't do anything but start a single player game for 2 minutes and returned to multiplayer and it was fixed. Fixed for a few minutes anyway. I opened console a bit later to read some chat I missed, because I was busy killing all you guys like Rambo =0) , it was back to that messed up stuff I can't read again.

I will certainly try your suggestions but I can't see how the resolution or Hz could be the problem because my settings are the same for both single player and multiplayer. You'd think it would be either correct or whacked on both game types for me then.

I'll keep you posted.
