Need a Hand please with server

Hey all,

I'm having trouble getting the 10 required people in my server to start a match. If anyone would be so kind to hop in there to get it going I'd appreciate it.

IP address 70.86.19.123, Ranked, 32 Player, Dallas, Smart Auto-Balance (no commander or squad leader switching) . We run all the maps but strike at karkand is played several times throughout the rotation.
