Firstly, never try to land when underfire coz the slower you go the more of a target you are.

Gently and slowly does it. Once you touch down, hard on the reverse, or switch to gunner mode provide the plane has it, and no-ones in it.

Get your speed down below 400 in any jet and you can safely touch down granted you come in shallow enough. Hit reverse just before or at the moment you touch down and if you're going too fast before hitting something on the ground, bail out (or switch to co-pilot you lone wolf you) and go prone immediately to dodge the plane wing going over you.

The only planes designed for air to ground are the two-seater bombers (F-15 and SU-34). Leave ground targets to your co-pilot... you did pick up a co-pilot, didn't you? He wasn't just another guy waiting in line just to fly around and crash, was he? I hope so.

Leave ground targets to your co-pilot, center your plane from a distance, looking for ground targets with the bomb HUD, and slow down to about 600 so he has time to lock on and fire. Only use your barrage of bombs on a legion of enemies hoarding a flag or such, or against Anti-Air where you can't slow down against them.

Carpet bombing can be put into a kind of intuitive equation, based on your altitude, speed, angle and distance from target. Such as going 800kph at 100m altitude at 0° (level), the bombs will hit between 120m and 150m ahead of where you dropped them.

Over time, as a dedicated bomber pilot, you'll be able to figure out where and when to bomb just looking at the vehicle you're aiming at. Or you could do what most opt for instead of bombing at a proper altitude, and fly feet from the ground and spray the area just as you pass over it.

why would u wanta land a plane anyways??? get back to killing soldier!!!

unless your trying to prove that u can....ususally its easier/ quicker to just plow it into the enemy and wait for it to respawn...i always find that friendly runways are crowded with people hovering over there tk punish button when u come in trying to land, and you end up tking 1/2 the team.

Yeah, i just play with the Strike Eagle because i'm always on USMC and i only play on 16 player maps, when i get to clean sweep, all i do is i just get into the plane. I switch to gunner mode immediatly, i never shoot down enemy fighters, and i never get shot down, i just roll over and turn like crazy, as well as using after burners and flares, i never get shot down. And for bombing, i look for squares with no Xs through them, i go slower than usual (like 800km) and go kinda low, then i carpet bomb, works every time. It's really fun doing that, i wonder how it must feel for that APC whore that is always trying to recap the first flag. Most of the targets are there, i don't giv a sh*t if it's AA or mobile AA, they can't shoot down a figheter for their lives, i take them out every time.
