I just read a post where a guy was mad because EA reset his stats. From His Post..

......Your Battlefield 2 account stats have been reset due to the following violation of the Rules of Conduct and Terms of Service.
Violation: Exploitation of game/service mechanics.....

Now who am i too say if the guy did something wrong or not. my question is To those who have recieved similar emails, Did you cheat or not? this guy swears he did nothing wrong. I Feel like if your caught your caught be a man and admit it.

..ohh and if your wondering about me, i wish i had the gaming skills others have and yes i want to unlock weapons and get a better rank but im really not that good and its really not worth cheating for, "i mean cheating isnt gonna make me any better"

Don't worry, I haven't gotten a single unlock yet, only because I keep switching accounts, but I'm sticking with just one now!

i only exploited once and that was when i was a pfc and i just started playing the game. and some guy in my squad told me to shoot him in the head and lay down med packs. so now i feel bad about that. peer pressure sucks.

What really sucks...

A lot of the top-ranked guys are still rolling along, exploiting the game, while people with 1,000 points are getting their stats erased.

So be it ... if you pad your stats, even once, F you. I get pissed when I see it online, and will TK all of them even if I get banned from the server. Glad to see EA is doing something and I don't have to take the law into my own hands anymore.

I did it once, I watched a sniper and I kept resupplying him over and over again as he took shots at others, as I was a PFC only resupplied 5 times but I'm not going to do it again I want my account to have a clean name.

Brother, considering I only have ~3000 points and would be extremely pissed if my stats were erroneously reset, I can feel this dude's pain. He was almost at Cpl.

I just wish we could see his stats before they were erased... :censored:

Cheats don't tend to admit it ever. Simple really while they don't admit it there is always the element of doubt as to if they cheated or not. Once they admit it there is no doubt.

Also some are capable of huge levels of self deception. Just witness all those defending the Blackhawk whoring as perfectly valid and not seeing anything dodgy in it at all.

Izrael, I know what you're saying... but somewhere along the lines, EA's people could mess up and make a mistake... I mean, who would come on this forum to ***** about this if they were cheating? (LOL, nevermind, it's happened more than a few times...) We'll see what happens if he gets a reply from EA ... I'm curious :)

glaeken, as much as I hate to say it, Blackhawk whoring is a VALID tactic. Yes, it sucks when you're the victim, but that's only because the BH is being used as it should be. I'd suggest toning down the mini-guns and making them only slightly more powerful than the MEC transport chopper. Or perhaps, making the spawn time longer. Or, make flags only cappable by troops on the ground. Or make tank rounds and AT rounds do more damage. Either way, I believe that this issue will be addressed in the major patch due this month.

Personally, I prefer how it was in PoE for BFV. The miniguns on either transport chopper were completely useless. :)

Yeah if he didnt, he can call them ask y they did it, and a prove of someting, and maybe he didnt he jst trying to make so news and i guess EA ppl took it to serious and deledte his stats, LOL i dont kno.

It's also unbelieveable how threads quickly into "blackhawk whoring is bad" or "damn tank whores" or "unstoppable jets blah blah blah...." If you want to rant on BH then do it in an appropriate thread. Man it irks me when people try to slip in an offtopic jab. Go to a knife/defib only server.
