I will never pre-order a game ever again. I pre-ordered my BF2 and just said screw it went to Best Buy got my game the day it was released and then got my 'pre-ordered pre-shipped' copy 2 days after the realise. So to this day I still have a BF2 case un opened next to me. I guess an extra CD laying around isnt bad.

I dont know why we would have to pay for an expansion pack.. when people can just make our own MOD "expansion pack" for free..

just like bf1942... I never bought any of those expansion packs.. I just downloaded DC for free..

how do these expansion packs work? bf2 is only my second pc game (next to rome: total war) and my first online game. if i get this exp. pack, will i still be able to play the original bf2 game? or do i have to separately install the exp. pack to a diff. directory/folder?

            thanks!

I could argue that point to the ends of the earth ... there were much much worse games than BF:V :P ... but it wasn't a great game by far :)

i'd imagine the expansion will install as effectively a different game entirely but just check you have the original game to allow you to install it, thats what you usually get with expansion packs although ive never played BF1942 so i don't know how EA are necercarily going to do it.

Well pre-order does suck when they dont ship it to you on time. Me personally I'll just go to the store the day of. I just posted that so people can see how much and pre-order if they want too. As for sucking idk it could make the game better or be a lame add-on. I'm willing to bet that EA wont let it be like vietnam was even though Dice is doing it. I'm sure they want there money to keep coming in so they are working hard to make it a good add-on to a wonderful game that over shadows all the other games out right now.

                  :)

**I left AAO for good to play this game... and you know what I don't miss it.
