list your fav/great teamplay based servers

ive been puttering around servers ever since i got bf2, but while the ones i go to are generally nice and have some semblance of teamwork, i really havent had the real "squad experience" in retail yet. i used to as my friends irl would play with me and we would have some awesome times (as we actually cared what happened to each other) but they arnt getting retail bf2. so what im asking is for you guys to post your favourite servers. my criteria is as follows

-preferably clan run
-constant admins
-voip on would be a big plus
-kinda a tight knit community where people get to know each other (so teamplay is encouraged)
-ranked would be preferred
-based in the U.S. (so i getz good ping)
-NO PASSWORD or if is, giveth

just generally where people actually take advantage of the squad system and just dont do it just to get an extra spawn point. thanks.

their servers are passworded. they kick if you don't join a squad within 60 seconds, therefore, they're not ranked. commanders and sl's will NEVER get autobalanced. no bunny hopping/dolphin diving allowed. transport choppers are used for transportation ONLY. no bh/tank whoring. i've never played a single game on their server where a single played did NOT have a headset!

it's a totally different game on their servers!

What not to play are the ones that if you arent from say UK or AUS they kick you so freakin gay... piss me off.... I dont kick people if they aren't from my country.

seriously though, we try to work as a team and usually are trying to find a spot for 4-8 guys every night. So for us it comes down to 'whats the largest server out there that pings good and has enough open spots for us to play in'.

I try to frequent any of the Trinitygames or ECG servers as they ping well. divo.net's servers has usually been a lagfest so I stay away from them.

Was on the =AAF= server the other night, enjoyed it, lots of AAF guys on. Played on "HELL IS LOOSE" last night, was ok 'cept for the m95 spawn camping commander on the other team lol :)

server selection is key, and it's hit & miss, as you have discovered.
