I notice it usually takes about 1050 to unlock.. enless it really is 1000 but it takes time for the BFHQ to update

first unlock-lance corporal-1000pts
second unlock-corporal-10500pts.
3rd unlock-sergeant-25000
and that is all you will have to worry about for a long time my man lol
