Uh bro, thats a LAN ip.. nobody will be able to connect to that..

Go to http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/ and use the IP they give you. That's your ACTUAL IP that other people outside of your network can find you with.

since you are running your own server it cannot be ranked, you have to pay for a ranked server.

Are you running a dedicated server? Did you download the file and install it? It looks like this:

You probably have a router, and it will block access to the game server. You need to go into your router and forward ports.. what kind of router do you have?
