Auto ejecting is a bad idea. But the thing that he did, well maybe when he got into the vehicle he was doing something else like fixing his headset or something. But for killing him that was a bad idea too, so what if he is in that vehicle and he doesn't give it to you, let him keep it. Just find yourself another one or just run.

well it isnt entirely his fault.. no one wondered why the hell is he away from steering wheel in game? i would be pissed too. ill shoot him and grab the car, drive past the enemies and cap a flag far away.

if not let the car be his massage chair? why wait and waste a vehicle away?

Just to clear things up...

It was a little buggy... not a tank...
I was gunner, he was driver... All other vehicles were gone...
The map is HUGE (not city) I wanted to try and get an early jump on 1 flag that has the heli... so our team could use the heli... ( not me )

You are correct... when i got in, the buggy was not full... ( Passenger was empty )
But after about 10-15 seconds a guy jumped in... He waited for a while, then got out and ran off... But SCREW THAT!!! its a HUGE map with no city... its a long long walk to get to the flag i was trying to cap... Anyway...

I blasted the little ***** to hell...
F*ck em and F*ck anyone else that things a vehicle is only for them, even if they dont want to use... Keeping others from using a vehicle is totally unfair...

Sometimes i want to drive a vehicle...
So i run to it... But someone else gets there first... ( FINE )
So i just jump in as a gunner or passenger... ( NO PROBLEM )
Then we just sit there... The driver will not drive... ( NOT OK )
I tell him... "go go go" And i wait, about 1-2 minutes... ( REALLY BAD )
I keep asking him to drive... he will not... why why why ? ( REALLY PISSED )
Finally i jump out... And put one in his stupid head... and i jump in ( HAPPY )

Yes, this happens. I would TK him too. Sometimes a phone rings, a mom yells (for the youngins), or something happens to pull you away from the computer. Sure, he was a dumbass for not leaving the vehicle, but IT HAPPENS!

i have sat in the vehicle before at spawn points and main base only hoping to get a full vehicle before i ride off and then 30 seconds later someone says give me a ride and have to turn around and go back. All i can say is if you get tired of waiting, catch a new ride.

You have to go back?? No you don't, you keep on driving in that case...
