Configure "co-op game/singelplayer "server"

Hi I have a question that consern the singelplayer "server".
We are a small gang that use to co-op agains the AI.
Now I wonder if there is possible to configure the "singelgame-server".
And if then how/where.
I have got a few things to work as the server name and numbers of rounds.
But thats about it.
I can´t change things like num of players, it changes it back to 16players.
And the spawn time changes back even if I change it.
But the most anoying thing is that even if I have 2 rounds per map, it will not cycle the maps.
If addnng more maps to maplist the game remove them.

making the configuration in the ServerSettings.con located in my documents\battlefield 2\profiles...

That put me to my last thing/question.
It seems like it fetch the information in that file, BUT i added server description in the ServerSettings.con located in my BF2 dir (mods\bf2\settings) and that line came up in the "game".
Dose it use the both files when running a singelplayer(private server)

I hope I made it understandeble here, and sorry for bad english.
And I hope some one can give me a hint how to configure it so it stays the way I like it.
