They are good, although I would have gone with an AMD since I can't imagine either you or your brother would use very many CPU intensive programs other then games (I'm talkiing like 3d modeling, etc).

no we just use games. but think we will get high?

Medium/High for sure. It will be a combo, can't say for sure which will be which, I have a simular setup with a little higher processor speed, and an X850XT PE, and I can max my settings out.
