guys i have a dedicated server and for some reason ill cant get this programe to work with it was ok till the second patch EA brought out but since then ive had no luck getting it to work any ideas

This isn't the bf2cc website, so your specific problem really should be discussed there. However, there is a post that talks about issues with 2 different versions - and it is suggested you upgrade the version perhaps to deal with your connectivity issues:
Again, without knowing your bf2cc version that you are using, I really can't help you.
