"Idle" Time

Does anybody know if idle time counts towards your play time in the stats. This is the time when you are logged onto a server and map, but are still in the choose-spawn-point screen and have not pressed the DONE button. Sometimes I leave this on for hours. Having this count would seriously effect kill-per-minute ratios.

I hope it dose. Why would you want to stop other people from playing?
I kick idle players from our server. :evil:

ya im idle alot too sometimes when i gotta run an errand or something but like the server.....im perty sure it does count
