How exactly do commanders get points...

i had 26 kills (all arty), and only 18 points. If you're meant to get 50 to get the command badge, how is this possible, without ****ing off and doing some killing? I just normally find a safe place to hide and command the battle, is this not what i should be doing?

Commander is a crock.... I went 41/0 all arty kills and ended up with just 14 pts, only 2 tks

It should be 2 pts per kill like it is for everyone else giving me 82 pts, then 2x for the win = 164 pts.

But I guess if it were that easy then EVERYONE would want to be commander. :|: :|:


You need to avoid TKs, give orders and make sure ur team completes them, give supply drops constantly, use UAV every time the button lights up, etc.

so basically if your squad leaders are **** and don't comlete your orders or request anything then you're screwed...nice

Play on a full 64-player server. I got 50 points as commander several times last night, artillery only, no running around. With the 2x bonus of course.

From what i've heard the commanders points are the average of your entire team + however many kills you have - TK's.

you need to send supplies and spot enemy it will give you more points

even if u got 2 points per kill on arti i dont see y evry1 would wanna b commander b/c commander points arent added to global score anyways

Spotting enemies make a huge difference in score. I am not sure, but I believe that if you spon an enemy and they are killed you get a point. So just go nuts! Right click + spot on every red dot during a scan. Very helpful to team too.
