MEC & CHINA Ribbons. How to get them?

I noticed alot of people are getting these ribbons now. Seems they have about 250 hours in the game or so but does anyone know for sure how to get these 2 ribbons?

i think it was something like 100 golds in the area, and a lot of time played

requirements are

250 hours total gametime +

(mec ribbon);
24 hours as MEC

(chinese ribbon);
24 hours as China

[Banke]

I think its:
250 hours total played
100 wins as the team (PLA/MEC)

I cant remember where I read it though.

you read it from my post ages ago. it was wat i thought was the requirement but then i saw someone with the chinese ribbon who had only 77 wins
