Big Multiplayer Problem with joining Games

Ok guys... My friend purchased Battlefield 2.... and all works well But... when he wants to join a game... The joining game box appears... and it goes away... and the updating server box appears, and nothing happens... i thought he was being an idiot so i went to his house to check it out.. and i also tried 2 join a game by ip address, and same **** happened...




Any ideas besides reinstalling the game?

sounds like he needs to reenter his cd-key. i believe it's under BF2/Support or something like that.

I have the same problem too; it’s been fine until now. It even worked fine after I install the new patch. This guy also has the same problem

Ok so here’s the fix, re-install the game. For all of you who get lot’s of MD5 errors (like me) here’s a trick. Install the game in safe mode, it works just finished it and tried the game and was able to load servers. No MD5 errors either. To manually uninstall the game go to:
