Global score <> (Team + Combat + Commander) ???

I just realized something -- the global score is *not* the sum of your team, combat, and commander scores, eg. here are mine?

Team 2,676
Combat 6,550
Commander 2,440

Global 9,602

The sum of my team, combat, and commander scores is 11666, but my global score is 9602. Why is that? How is the global score calculated?

i do believe it is the total....yours just might not be up to date....otherwise that sucks....mine works fine


edit: i jsut added the numbers in my sig and they dont add to my global.....so i really dunno whats up.

ya mines like that as well, they dont add up. apprently from what ive read, commander points dont count 1 for 1 in the global score. so for example if you have 1000 total commander points, for some reason it only records 600 toward your global score. dont ask me why, its what ive read though

Hmmm, commander points counting less for your global score does make sense to me, now that I think about it. Based on my numbers above, it would seem that only 15% of your commander points are counted in your global score. That's seems a little too low IMO.

it could be half your commander score and depending on how mine time youv won as commander, cos of the 2x for winning thing.

yeah because i never play commander but if i am at say 6740 and i get 60 points in one game it will put me at 7000

Your score isn't up to date.

edit: I was wrong.

Using my #1 Killer as an example, when you subtract his combat and teamwork points from his global score, he ends up with a negative number. So that means those two categories yield a higher number than what his global score is. The commander score isn't even accounted for in that total (some 1k points that aren't used).

"Your total score represents how many points you've earned towards rewards and unlocks. It factors in your kills, DEATHS, and teamwork score. You gain teamwork points by performing tasks related to your kit."


looks like the original idea involved your deaths some how....jsut my thoughts.

aehm dont forget that every Medal/badge/Ribbon counts as +1 too .
Before you suggest that 100x Gold = 100 points i have to add - no its just 1 point.

btw: Commander earns Combat plus Teamscore like every other player, why do you add it ??? 1,000 points as commander means that 700 combatscore and 300 Teamplayscore has been earned as commander, nothing more.

no because this is already counted in your round score anyways.
