anyone else think its cheap no points for blowing up key enemy assets?

Why do we not get any points after sneaking our asses off and not getting shot to blow up radar, uav, and the like?


You get points for repairing them.. and if destroying those assests actually does effect the game in some valid way, you should get points to show that all of your hard work actually paid off.

granted, im not a points whore, anyone can look at my stats on bf2s and see that haha, I'd rather help the team then get kills, but since everything does have a point value I think it should make sense to get team points or something for destroying them.

wouldnt also mind being able to destroy the vehicle bays or some such so that vehicles cant respawn until its fixed.

even now i get loads of annoying spec ops destroying my toys, so i have to have a tank and hunt them down distracting me from the main action if no one is in the area... its going to be a lot worse

Yeah unless people start playing a little defense once in a while, I have no problem sitting and guarding our teams arty/UAV/etc as long as he's being effective using it and it helps our team win.

I agree, I have no problem playing defense, but things need to be coordinated.

yeah, i totally agree with u that there are times when its hard to sneak into the base and destroy the enemy assets, since it seems that most of the ppl who play as engineers forget bout repairing their assets. I'm glad this will be fixed in the 3rd patch, at least make it worth my while for blowing up the assets.
