    Linguistic question...

I've been playing Commander recently to get the Staff Officer Ribbon and I've noticed something. When I give an order when I'm an MEC commander one of the last words spoken for most of the orders is "huh-wheh" I'm wondering what this word means, I suspect it means something to the effect of "sir". Anyway.. does anyone know?

On the contrary, I don't think he's making fun of their language at all. He's asking a question, and has tried to spell out the word in question.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer. If it were a question about the French or Russian languages, I could probably answer you then. :)

This brings me to something that's been bugging me.

Shouldn't there be an option to switch the MEC and Chinese voice-overs to English, at least clientside? To me it seems like the USMC terams have a definate advantage tactically, because most people can understand what's being said.

I have a particular interest in this, since as a commander people are constantly walking in my artillary, and if MEC or China they never hear, in English 'artillary in your position'. That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to coordinating teams.

You retard, I ask a question about one of the words that the MEC uses and you accuse me of making fun of their language. Then you go on to say that all of the foreign languages sound the same. Not only are you a hypocrite but you don't even have a basic grasp of the English language ******.

Just use your audio settings and click the box that says "English VO". It will make all radio commands in English, so you don't have to guess or look at the top left corner for the chat.
