Are unlocked Weapons available in Single player mode?

I have unlocked a weapon and I would like to use it in single player, is this possible? Are there any legitimate methods to unlock weapons in single player mode, i.e. Using a singleplayer only account, etc?

the guns u unlock in multi are not available in single player

...They are, its just a bit technichal and will override the normal weapons (all the bots will have it, you cant choose the original weapons)

We can only hope they will allow us to use them in the future, but that's probably last on their list.

Ya there is a file that tells you how to unlock it u change like 0's to 1's or something not worth it to me.. just go to a cheat server (non-ranked) and test it.
