Rank,Medals,Badges Not Saving after games.

I play on ranked servers only. So its not that. Everytime I get a badge ribbon or medal it doesnt save to my BFHQ. Neither does my rank upgrade. I have tried making new accounts. I have tried logging in and out. I have tried restarting.

This is utter ********. I just bought the game and its glitchier then any I've ever seen. Game had such promise yet EA managed to f it all up. Can't even tell you how pissed I am right now.

Can someone tell me why my rank,badges,etc arent saving. Im getting even more anoyed as I cant even find an official FAQ nor anyone to contact with problems.

Edit: Found faq and it says Although this situation has been improved, some users are still experiencing a delay or stop in the update of their statistics and ranking. This is being looked into by the appropriate teams and when corrected should allow updates to go through without incident

Helps a ton doesnt it.

i had to get the basic helicopter award 4 times before it actually showed up in my scorecard (over 2 week period)

Forum search is everyones friend. It keeps threads like this one from being posted 20,000 times. So please use it next time, instead of coming here and blowing your lid over such a small issue (after all its JUST A GAME).

But to answer your question.....

Stats take some time to get updated from servers, and from servers, they never update. Some servers have issues. I have found that an TrinityGaming.com server is very quick to update stats (almost instantly).
