In-Game VOIP Not Working?

My VOIP just today decided to no longer work. It worked yesterday, today no ****ing luck.

I have a Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS.

I can successfuly use Teamspeak and Ventrilo, so it's not that my mic is muted (at least not in-game). I remember something the other day, a tip about muting the microphone -- but I don't see any key or anything, but I am thinking that is what is wrong here.

I can hear other people, so it's not the server. I press the 'press to talk' key and get the green microhpone, when I start talking it turns red like it should -- but none of the other guys can hear me. I can hear them, they can hear eachother, my client is not transmitting my voice.

Any ideas at all?

ALT-TAB out of BF2 and check if your mics muted. For some reason my BF2 mutes the mic when I start the program.

It shouldn't matter if my mic is muted on the playback side, right? (So I don't hear myself) -- but my MIC is selected in the "Recording" options.
