Damn that list is getting bigger!

Thanks to element123,sdm151,3_stooges_geo,Superman=ESF=, and Major_Rosha. Thanks [PTG]Chef_uk for the additional info.

I changed the format for submiting servers as well, as it now makes a little bit more sense. Over the course of the next couple of days I will fix that entire list and make sure all of the submissions are uniformed and perfect.

Keep me updated of any server info changes or ones that need to be taken down or whatev =)
