Recorded Demos- a way to rewind or crop?

Hi,

is there any way to rewind during looking at a demo from the battlerecorder?
Because when there is a funny place, i want to see it again :)

or is there a way to save just a short timeslot from the demo - so if there is 30 min demo and i want only 5 mins somewhere in the middle and share this with friends - is there any way to make this?

If u only want 5 mins of it then u have to convert it to AVI first and then edit it.

There's no way to rewind the BF recorder demo to my knowledge but that doesn't mean someone hasn't found a way to do it.
