is there any auto-connect program for bf2?

that will try (for example) to connect to a specific server for, like, every 5 seconds until you successfully connect to that server?

i hate pressing the connect button, then ok, then getting the "server full" message, then pressing ok, then pressing the connect button again, then pressing ok again, then getting the "server full" message again, etc.etc.etc.

All-Seeing-Eye is a kind of universal server browser that you can use for a multitude of games, BF2 included. If you attempt to join a full server, ASE will continually scan the server until a spot opens up. ASE has a free (not trial, use it as long as you want) and pay version, there are nearly no differences between the two, outside of the free one allowing only four players in your friend list.

Then there's BF2-AutoLoader, kind of like All Seeing Eye, except standalone for BF2 and nothing else, I haven't tried it, but it has the features you're looking for.

For both, you have to use them with the game closed, and have to be really fast in logging in once the third-party browsers start the game (be sure to disable all of the startup videos, like the EA Games logo), if you hope to get in before someone else takes that spot. Once you log into an account, you will automatically connect.

The new All Seeing Eye v2.5 (i think, is the newest version) definately works now
