[BETA] ABR For BF2STATS [server/client]

Hi All!

i Know some of you are all waiting for more information on
Project ABR, an ADDON for BF2Stats,

i have good news.

Its on Bighamsters Forum, where the idea of Project ABR was started.
David_green - the community thanks you, because of your idea, and my persistance, we have come as far as we did.

'Where are we then?'

ok, We are in Final testing stadium before a public Aplha Release for a small numbers of server-owners.
This means we are testing the Addon before it goes public!
Why is it a Private Beta?, Well actually we needed to add a few new tables to the Database, and are waiting for thoughts & opinions of our BF2stats Creators.
BF2stats is a Statistics addon for BF2, for all those clanservers, who want to check& keep their scores. ( Bf2stats Url : www.bighamster.com )
i dont know if im allowed to tell you guy's, but next release will also adds functionality so we can calculate the Awards Just as EA does.
Furthermore maybe errors will arise, new versions will come out, or maybe if we're lucky ' the MODTOOLS' !

Lots of reasons to keep this Beta private.

but dont be disappointed, you see what's ABR about!
we have a 24/7 ABR enabled server, just waiting for you to see what it is all about.

All functions are also available on *Really Expensive* Official Ranked Servers.

we are setting up 3-4 testing servers, within days.
- i'm not sure if the ABR database will be shared along servers.

Expect a Public Beta in the second week of August.....

So whait this would be a personal ranking for singleplayer or what?

This would be a ranking for specific servers/groups of servers.
It might also be a good soulution to enabling unlocks in mods.

but would it be like a ranking system for Lan's, Single Player and so on with out getting ranks from ea?

This is ranking for things like Clan servers or non RANK SERVERS!!!! Meaning more you play on this server ALONE!! more you rank on that server. It supports those that hate EA ranked system that costs money and want to spend more time on their own servers.

a clanserver can unlock weapons, medals based on their points.
this award criteria is set by the serverowner, in the admin interface of ABR.

this Server could be LAN or Internet.

(remember, with LAN you still need to login gamespy!- )

and if i get it right... a mod could use it also and modify the criteria, medals,ranks,etc ? if so, awesome! will be the first to test it out!
