Buying a new computer, need help selecting one

I have about $1200 to spend, and I was wondering if any of you guys could help me find a good computer that could run the newest games (including BF2) on it. I know a good bit of information about computers but when it comes to selecting the best video cards and such, I could use a little instruction . But anyways, I would appreciate any help you all could give me. Thanks :)

What do you all need?

Case? Monitor? Or are you going to be able to swap some things out from your old computer? This will effect what can be had.
