whats a decent computer

Ya well whats a decent computer to play battlefield 2? I don't know how to explain this since i'm not to good with computers and the stuff inside it like you guys. My dad told me it was an HP and i heard its not that good but its like a dual proccessor (what ever that means) like 2 gb of ram (i think) and a graphics card called radeon 9600 (I think thats right) so is this like a decent computer to play bf 2 from the informatoin i'm giving you guys? This might not help to explain to me but just wondering if i could play bf 2 on it.

Don't give out false info, this is not a decent system. I doubt you would get 25 FPS with everything on low on 16 player servers.

You need to go find a local computer store that builds computers. Or call Dell and order a 3.0 gig p4, 1 gig ram, ATI x800 or geforce 6800.

Its sounds like daddy has the cash to spend.

If you can, get an AMD Athlon64, or Athlon64x2. Intel is nice an all, but for gaming and the like, the Athlons are just eatting Intel allive.
