Changing nick name

Hey
is it possible to change your BF2 nick without losing your stats as i need to add a new tag?
i have read a number of ways, none of which worked or i did them incorrectly lol

I really hope they make this possible soon - i've thought of a couple screen names i would much rather have. i was far too impatient when i finally got the game loaded to spend any time thinking up a cool one...

The only reason it would/should be useful would be for joining clans.

Though, the way it is now, is nice. It's the first sacrifice you make when joining a clan. If it's a good clan, then they won't give a panzi **** about their little stats.

ingame no you can't.. you have to install gamespy and edit your account there. Then start up BF2 and there you go... name changed
