I hate it when you spawn in..... and hear a loud diesel idling. "Oh crap that tank is really close" (I hate how you can't move for like a second or two when you spawn). You hear the whirring of the turret. You just know you're dead as you turn to see that big barrel pointed at you about 10m away. *sigh*

I really hate when I see the claymore at the top, but then my finger slips and I go up instead of down. DOH!

Has anyone tried running across a big street and then relize half way across that there is a tank right there looking right at you (here comes the stupid part) ....then instead of running you go prone and hope he dosent see you, then he drives forward and all you can think is "damnit not again". then SQUISH

Ha! I love that one. "Please don't see me, please don't seee me, please don't see me... OH $#!T" The turret seems to knowingly scanning the terrain for no one else but YOU. Then he finds you and peppers you with MG lead.

I spawned right into someone's shotgun once. I mean my screen came up and there's an enemy staring right at me with his shotgun aimed about 10 inches from my face. It had to be one of the fastest deaths in history. YOU ARE CRITICALLY WOUNDED: 15....14....f***!

I hate it when I kill someone and don't see anyone around, so I duck for cover, thinking it’s totally safe to reload, and then someone comes around the corner while I’m in the middle of a reload. Before I can pull out my pistol it’s usually all over. :|:

I have to remember it’s never safe on the Battlefield.

I make a vain mad dash to the nearest adequate cover. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt =)

happens sometimes that I know I am going to die, these are like those moments :

- running over a street and sudenly there is the barel of a tank in you face
- defending the flag post and you see some bombs flying right at your direction

when your crawling around against a wall and a tank or APC comes into view and you just freeze and hope he doesn't notice you. It seems everytime this happens to me the spot me and look at me for a few seconds like they're gonna let me get up and then.....................

Happens alot as a sniper or counter sniper which I play alot of Funniest thing is when you target the other sniper only to notice he has targeted you and you think oh sh*t and just before you squeeze the round off it says you are critaclly wounded.

When you're the engineer on a BlackHawk crew working mad to get your damaged helo fixed, and you notice that for some reason the BH is spinning out of control. You then come to the painful and embarrasing discovery that you're the only guy on left on board...eject...eject...eject...but it's too late....boom.

thats the way to play :laugh: , as patton said, its not about dying for your country but making the enemy die for theirs. (I think it was patton )
but yeah even if you're going to die inflict as much damage as you can into the enemy so atleast you get a kill assist

those special moments before u die in bf2....

1) While on a carrier waiting for a jet, helo, your teammate comes running toward u .. when starts jumping around like an idiot.. places a few c4's around u.. and ur waiting thinking.. "nah... he is not that stupid." BOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!! PUNISH!!! PUNISH!!!!

2) Driving a vehilce.. towards enemy flag.. eager for some action.. spotting some little black circles on the ground before u get there.. running over them.. thinking ur SAFE they werent mines... BOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!! killed by an AT Mine.. who really has patience to do that.... stupid engineers..

3) Playing as a commander C4's a flag.. watch from distance but be in a secure place.. enemy comes to take the flag.. blow them up...thinking they will not come back here no more.. go back to ur commander duties... all of a suddent start hearing "Ughh.. Arghhhh " red semi circle lines on ur screen... caps lock .. to see WTF,,, oh getting killed.. CAPS lock back to quicly send artilery beacuse it just became available..U ARE CRITICLY WOUNDED.. ARTILERY FIRING.. !!! YES YES PRESSED IT IN TIME UR NOT TAKING THAT FLAG ****ERS!!! MUHAHAHAH

this is me trying to capture a flag by my self.. there is a guy thats onto me.. i kill him.. then b4 i capture the flag.. cucz its too slow.. he respawns.. we both see the tank respawn as well.. we both sprint for it.. he gets first into it.. i am half a meter away from the tank..... now there is a good feeling .......SONNNNN OF A BIATCH!!!!!!!! LOL

Well, I went rouge, trying to capture a flag after the commander calling me a useless piece of ****, I stood (laid) my ground at a spawn-point. (I was China) I lay there, feeling confident when something landed on top of my head. I ran in circles, thinking it to be an alien, then I notice a big shadow around me. Looking up, I saw an enemy bh, with a spec ops holding a detonator. I swear I could see the grin on his face as he triggered the c4 on my head.

BOOOOOM, then I flew over the bh :evil:
