Engineer for me as well. The shotgun's cool and at least you can repair your own UAV and artillery if damaged without taking anybody away from the fight.

why for the love of god are u ppl commander and a person playing in the heat of fire?! u should sit in your base hidden and play as commander only...ONLY! u cant be both because if u are u suck as a commander. sure being a sniper and set claymores around the destroyable targets in your base..but wtf? it's lame to be both just to get kill points and all that crap.

I pick engy too. I never played as commander online (mainly because I am afraid I would screw up haha) but that way you can repair your own stuff and mine entrances to your base.Comment

i like the sniper idea, and the engineer idea.......both are nice, i've usually done the engineer thing, i'll have to try the sniper thing...... but then again the engineer's gun goes BOOYAH! that sniper rifle doesnt get me many kills. operator error i guessComment

hmm...never really thought about. i guess engineer would probably be the best for several reasons mentioned above.
although one time on gulf of oman i was the commander and a sniper. while i was waiting for my arty/uav/etc to be ready again i would snipe at guys at a nearby base. it was cool because that base was constantly being attacked or people were always spawning at it. probably one of my highest scoring games. no one even knew where i was until almost the end of the game. i was hiding behind/in a bush, lol.Comment
