rivatuner or coolbits, whats better?

for a overclocking utility, whats better, rivatuner or coolbits registry file. ive used coolbits but never riva. i hear riva can unlock pipes that the manufacturer left off in reserve for higher end cards, but in terms of pure clockspeed/memoryspeed overlocking, whats better? thanks in advance
