We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
When you get banned from a server because some moron just ran out in front of your tank, is it your CD-key that is banned or your player account (or both)? If it's just the key, I may consider picking up a second copy and creating a .reg file so I can quickly rejoin (as I used to with BF42).
IP makes no sense, because most people's IP's are dynamic. In 1942, it was the CD-key hash that was banned... change your key and you are back in the game. But with this new accounts system, I wonder if it's different.
