I didn't unlock it, but I picked up a kit with it. The Jackhammer absolutley tares everyone apart in CQC. In fact, the only reason anyone killed me was that I ran outa ammo...

What the jackhammer? I love it. If you're an engy a lot like me you're probably sick to death of those pump-action specials the PLA and the USMC give you. It doesn't do too well at medium range so be ready to occasionally pull that pistol out, but in a tight area you couldn't have a better weapon.
If you just love shotguns, technically the anti-tank unlock is the better choice. But if you love to engineer, the jackhammer is indespensable.

Besides having five more rounds, the DAO feels like a much better weapon.Originally posted by [LG]CataclysmHow is the AT unlock better?

theres no special way to unlock each weapon.... you just have to get combat/teamwork points and when you have enough points it lets you choose one to unlock. First one is lance corporal, then second is corporal.

So you only get them with rank? I thought maybe you would get them by excelling with a certain weapon.

Having unlocked the Anti-Tank's weapon (the DA0-12), I can attest to its power and ammo supply. The one drawback is that it's only accurate at close range, but then again, considering the type of weapon it is, that makes sense.
If my unlocked weapon was resest, I'd choose the DA0-12 again. :)

the AT unlock is crazy. My only buff with it is i heard it could harm low armor vehicles like buggies and jeeps. That turned out ugly for me
. Also, you cant partially reload that thing, unless you switch to pistol real quick, and its a LONG reload in some situations :P
or am i thinking of the Jackhammer ??

As far as I know, you can't partially reload the DA0-12 unless you switch to another weapon mid-reload real quick.

Jackhammer is pretty quick reload, but it's automatic, so you run outta ammo QUICKOriginally posted by oWarrior_Jthe AT unlock is crazy. My only buff with it is i heard it could harm low armor vehicles like buggies and jeeps. That turned out ugly for me
