Hey ATs, firing at vehicles coming at you

Hey fellow ATs, is it just me or is it hard to rocket an oncoming FAV or Jeep?

It seems 9 times out of 10 the rocket will magically pass through the jeep before it of course flattens you like a pancake.

Am I firing too high? too low? I've tried a few things but it seems to always go through the jeep model, especially if they're coming head on.

From the side or rear it's no problem, only front only.

This happens to me as well. It seems to be going right through the bars and missing it completely.

Yeah, sometimes it does actually go through the DPV. Someone posted a video a little bit ago detailing this problem. I've found that if you aim down and then bring the missile up as it gets to the target it won't pass through... as much.

Sounds like a bug to me.... Frankly, it's a bit more serious than one concerning those stupid stats.

i do this all the time, only when i aim from a side view do i ever miss/go through, ur aiming to high i i think

just smack the grill right on the front there, and u you should have a nice effect, don't go for the big body of it b/c its mostly air =/

You would think they would give Anti Tank soldiers more of an advantage than making it even HARDER to take down vehicles. Many times has my MIG's missiles gone straight through the middle of a blackhawk and missed.

This happens to me all the time too. I just started aiming a little lower and I have had a bit more success. Most of the time I just try jumping out of the way and hitting them when they start to turn around for another try.
