K/D ratio bug when switching teams

If you attempt to switch teams while alive and ingame on a full & balanced server you will die but not switch teams and have a death held against your KD ratio.
attempts to switch teams are treated as suicides.

Very annoying when trying to form up with clan mates and ultimately padding players death stats negatively.

wait untill you are fully dead before you switch. Kill yourself with a grenade so it dosen't count as suicide.
