At the Start of the round take airplane to the bridge on the DAM,bail out when ABOUT on the bridge,land go down the stair, jump on to the next one,put c4 on the the green railing,wait for tank,and KABOOOOOM! Screenshot included:

It's not a bad tip, but like other's are saying - it's a waste of a plane the way you originally posted it. It would be better for the team if you used a buggy to get there.
