How's you get all those Awards?

I'm just curious as to how many people gained their medals/ribbons/badges by going out and specificlly "hunting" for them, or did you recieve them in the line of duty performing your job...

I personally had to "hunt" down a few of the "basic ----- combat" badges because I just dont play as those classes, but all of the ribbons I was awarded simply for trying my best while playing the game, I was not expecting to earn any of them...

How did you get so decorated?

Most of them just happened while I was playing, but I did go after the medic ones on purpose, since I was never a medic and wanted those badges :) So I spent a couple rounds getting my basic awards for medic. I might waste some time trying to get knife and pistol badges, but they are not very important if the round needs other things doing.

I never hunt those medals/badges/ribbons. I really cant understand why in the hell people are hunting them like mad and even cries in forums 'cause they cant get them easily. As i said earlier, maybe its this Pokemon generation Gotta catch 'em All!

I don't really set aside time for hunting medals / ribbons, but if I have the opportunity available, I'll go for it.

For example, I was having fun with a tank one level, and just switched kits everytime I died. Since I was using the tank, my kit didn't matter, so I might as well rack up all the basic combat awards, =P

I specifically tried for the knife, pistol and airborne, but all else came through regular play.

I think I've got 7 or 8 without trying. After that I "went after" my sniper one because I never use the kit. I'm also trying to get my pistol one but it's been pretty tough so far. Trying to figure the best way to do it. I tried in on Karkand since I figured CQB would be the best way. But of course, I keep getting LIT. Oh well.

I forgot about my airborne that one I did actually try to get.

I was bored one day and looked up some of the requirement and noticed if i had X more hours as squad leader, and did a few other things i could get some ribbons.

After getting most of the basic badges by accident I did go about completing the set on purpose.

I recieved all of my awards through regualr combat, just doing what I had to to win the game

The two I am the most proud of are the Infantry Officer and Meritous Unit ribbons. I got 'em after an almost perfect round on Mashtuur City. I was just thinking 'wow, this is going really well' when I heared two drum rolls and they appeared in my screen.
